Experience
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC and CSP registration
- Minimum 3 years' UK-based MSK experience
- IT literate with intermediate skills using electronic patient management systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable skills in subjective and objective assessment of MSK conditions
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Experience in de-escalating potential complaints
- Familiarity and confidence in assessing and coaching patients via video link

Qualifications
- Essential: HCPC and CSP registration
- Desirable: Further qualifications, training or CPD within Occupational Health
- Experience in health coaching, diary management, managing large caseloads, corporate healthcare, and previous remote working is advantageous
