Key responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, acting as the primary liaison between residents, site teams, project managers, and client representatives, coordinating access appointments, distributing resident communications such as notices and newsletters, responding professionally to enquiries and concerns, supporting resident meetings and community engagement activities, maintaining accurate records of interactions and special requirements, and working closely with site managers to ensure residents' needs are considered. You will also promote Equans' commitment to excellent customer service and ensure residents' homes are treated with care and respect during all works.
