Up to £40,290 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Resident M&E Engineer to join our dedicated on-site team at our client's facility in Greenwich. This is a technically varied, customer-facing role where you will be the first point of contact on-site, responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and general building services support.

Your tasks will include emergency lighting and lamp changes, electrical and fire alarm testing, fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical), minor plumbing and fabric maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering excellent service to our clients.

You will work independently with the support of a wider team to help ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant facility.

Experience
- Hands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering role
- 18th Edition or HVAC experience
