About the Role
You’ll be at the core of Screwfix, ensuring our customers are the heart of everything we do. You’ll take the time to really get to know them while delivering genuinely great service. As a Retail Assistant, you are vital to the smooth running of the store, so you’ll always be kept busy. Key responsibilities include:
- Hosting customers by welcoming them into the store, understanding their needs, guiding them to the right products, and making their experience easy and enjoyable
- Assisting with warehouse standards by helping with deliveries, maintaining product stock, collecting customer orders, and keeping the store standards high
- Being part of a team that takes pride in their store, works together, and enjoys the work environment

Experience
No specific experience required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
