Hours
Part-time fixed term contract until 31 March 2027. This role requires regular weekend shifts as well as rostered and variable weekday shifts with flexible hours.

£14.80 per hour

About the Role
Join the Commercial - Retail team at Southbank Centre, where you will help create inviting spaces and memorable experiences across three busy retail locations. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting a culture of teamwork and innovation. Your responsibilities include engaging proactively with customers by addressing inquiries, offering thorough product knowledge, and providing tailored advice and recommendations. You will implement in-house visual merchandising strategies to create appealing displays that highlight key products and drive sales. Utilizing effective sales techniques, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales conversion rates. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of site activities will enable you to assist customers effectively and capitalize on sales opportunities, including upselling.

Experience
Previous experience in providing a high level of customer service in direct interactions, ideally within a sales setting.
