About the Role
Join us as a Retail Beauty Merchandiser working with top beauty brands including L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup, Max Factor, Rimmel, and Maybelline. You will be responsible for refreshing and re-sequencing makeup stands in major high street retailers using detailed planograms. Your tasks will include installing new components, updating visuals and graphics, and ensuring stands look fresh and inviting for customers. You will collect kits from your local depot, with paid time allocated for this. This is a flexible, project-based role starting January 2026, with paid training provided in December before Christmas. Depot locations for induction, training, and kit collection include Dunstable (LU5), Reddish (SK5), Loughborough (LE11), Cwmbran (NP44), and Livingston (EH54).

Experience
Retail environment experience is desirable but not required as full training is provided.

Enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Flexible and motivated to work on project-based assignments.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. Candidates must be 21 years or older to be insured to drive the company van provided for business use. Uniform and PPE will be supplied.
