Location
Greater London and surrounding regions including Dunstable (LU5), Reddish (SK5), Loughborough (LE11), Cwmbran (NP44), and Livingston (EH54).

Hours
8-hour days, Monday to Friday, on a flexible project basis during busy periods in 2026.

Salary
£16.25 per hour plus expenses (fuel, parking, etc.)

About the Role
Join Momentum Instore Installations as a Retail Beauty Merchandiser working with leading beauty brands such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup, Max Factor, Rimmel, and Maybelline. This flexible, project-based role involves refreshing and re-sequencing makeup stands in major high street retailers according to detailed planograms. You will install new components, update visuals and graphics, and ensure stands look fresh and inviting for customers. Training is provided and paid before Christmas, with work starting in January 2026. You will collect kits from your local depot with paid time allocated for collection. This is an excellent opportunity to gain retail merchandising experience with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Experience
Retail environment experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

About you
Enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and follow detailed planograms accurately. Must be flexible to work on project-based assignments and able to plan ahead based on schedules provided in December.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Must be 21 years or older to drive company vehicles (insurance requirement). Ability to travel regionally and collect kits from depots is essential.
