About the Role
Momentum Instore is seeking flexible Retail Beauty Merchandisers to join our team working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel, and Maybelline in major high street stores. This is a flexible, project-based role ideal for those who enjoy independent, hands-on work. You will help keep stands fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers by visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update and resequence stock, change visuals and graphics, and maintain the stands to ensure they look appealing. Projects start from April/May through to July, with further opportunities throughout 2026, including merchandising vape stands and asset tag collection in major supermarket retailers. Travel regionally up to 50 miles from your home is required, with paid time for depot kit collection. Uniform, company van (business use only), and PPE are provided where applicable.

Experience
Retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel regionally and work on a project basis. Reliable and motivated to maintain high standards of presentation.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. A positive attitude and flexibility to work on various projects throughout the year are essential.
