Location
Greater London and surrounding areas, working in various high street retailers. Travel regionally up to 50 miles from your home. Depots located in Dunstable LU5, Reddish SK5, Loughborough LE11, Cwmbran NP44, and Livingston EH54.

Hours
Monday to Friday, full days only (no part-time hours available).

Salary
£13.71 per hour plus expenses (fuel, parking, etc.).

About the Role
Momentum Instore is seeking flexible Retail Beauty Merchandisers to join our team, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel, and Maybelline in major high street stores. This is a project-based role starting from April/May through to July, with further projects available throughout 2026. You will help keep beauty stands fresh, stocked, and attractively presented for shoppers, making this role ideal for those who enjoy independent, hands-on work.

Responsibilities include visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update stands with attention to detail, moving and installing new parts, resequencing stock according to new planograms, changing over visuals and graphics, and maintaining the stand’s appearance. You will also travel to your local depot to collect kits, which is paid time.

Equipment such as uniform, company van (for business use only), and PPE are provided where applicable. Training is fully paid and provided. Work is on an assignment basis under your own supervision, offering flexibility to work when available on a variety of projects including merchandising vape stands and collecting asset tags from major supermarket retailers.

Experience
Retail or merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You should be flexible and willing to travel regionally. A positive attitude and ability to manage your own workload are essential.
