About the Role
Join the UK’s number one Wine Specialist as a Retail Driver within our Central London stores. This role is much more than just driving; you will manage the end-to-end delivery process and be an ambassador for the store. You will meet and engage with different customers daily, supporting the team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities include picking deliveries, loading the van, maintaining the van to a high standard, delivering orders into customers’ homes, workplaces or venues with a helpful attitude, and communicating clearly with customers to book and update delivery slots. You will also be expected to find ways to improve delivery efficiency and drive confidently and safely while representing Majestic Wine.

Contract
Fixed Term until 24/12/2026

Experience
Proven experience as a driver with a full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months and no more than 6 penalty points. Confident driving in Central London is essential.

- Comfortable carrying up to 18kg (equivalent to 2 wine boxes)
- Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for resolving problems and seeing tasks through to completion

Qualifications
Full UK manual driving licence with clean record as specified. No additional formal qualifications required.
