About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Risk Officer to join our Enterprise Risk team in a vital role supporting the development and delivery of Nest’s Risk Management Framework. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting risk indicators, preparing risk reports, and supporting the organization in identifying and managing its risks. You will work in partnership with different teams to manage their policies and contribute to the delivery of key risk initiatives, including the rollout of the new Risk & Compliance system. Additionally, you will play a part in supporting projects across the organization with project risk management. Don't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills; we are good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.

Experience
Experience in risk management or a related field is desirable, but we welcome applicants with a strong willingness to learn.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required for this position, but relevant experience or training in risk management would be advantageous.
