About the Role
We are Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker, founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. We are looking for front of house staff including runners who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. Whether you are highly experienced or earlier in your career with the right attitude and genuine passion, we want to hear from you. What we cannot teach is warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job — if you have these qualities, we will build the rest together.

As a runner, you will support the front of house team by ensuring smooth service and helping create memorable experiences for our guests. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, attentiveness, and a positive atmosphere.
