Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You are warm, confident and calm under pressure, able to motivate and develop your team effectively. You take ownership, find solutions proactively and maintain attention to detail. You understand both the commercial and guest experience aspects of hospitality. You communicate clearly, honestly and respectfully, are a supportive team player, and have a passion for hospitality with a desire to learn and progress.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and credible, positive references from former employers.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, relevant hospitality management experience and leadership skills are essential.
