At Sam's Riverside, founded by Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker, we operate two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. Pay consists of a house salary plus an average of tronc, with excess tronc distributed based on a points system.
Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management with a track record of leading teams and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications
