About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. Sam works on the floor most days, leading by example because we believe in leading from the front. Our team members are not just employees; they are part of our family. We are a small, close-knit group who only work with the right people and invest in them properly.

We are looking for front of house staff — waiters, hosts, and bar staff — who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. What we cannot teach is warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job. If you have those qualities, we can build the rest together.
