About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. We pride ourselves on leading from the front and fostering a close-knit, family-like team environment. Our passion for hospitality drives us to create joyful experiences for both our guests and our staff.

We are looking for front of house staff — waiters, waitresses, and bar staff — who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. Whether you are highly experienced and seeking a new home or earlier in your career with the right attitude and passion, we want to hear from you.
