About the Role

As a Barista at Sam’s, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and hot drinks with speed, care, and consistency. You will take pride in presentation and flavour while delivering warm, friendly service whether guests are dining in or taking away. You will also support the wider team on the floor when needed, maintaining a clean and organised barista station and helping to create the welcoming, high-quality experience Sam’s is known for. This role is perfect for someone passionate about great coffee and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Experience
Proven stable background working in a busy, high-end restaurant and/or bar environment.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, but a positive attitude and dedication to delivering excellent service are essential.
