About the Role
We are seeking passionate back of house team members — chefs at all levels and kitchen porters — who take real pride in their work and love being part of a great kitchen. Whether you are highly experienced or earlier in your career with the right attitude and a passion for food, we would love to hear from you.

At Sam's Riverside, founded by Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker, we are proud of our two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. Sam works alongside the team daily because we believe in leading from the front. Our people are not just employees; they are part of our family. We are a small, close-knit group who invest properly in the right people.

We are passionate about hospitality and believe it should be a joy for both guests and the team delivering it. If you share this belief and want to be part of a team that takes its craft seriously while having fun, we want to hear from you.

Benefits include:
- Friends & Family Perks with exclusive discounts across all venues
- Opportunities for progression and development
- Free meals when on shift
- Generous referral programme bonuses
- Confidential support through Employee Assistance Programme
- Discounts for restaurants, retail, gyms, and travel
- Two big team celebrations annually
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Trade price wines and spirits
- Private Healthcare access after 3 years
- Performance and Competition Awards and Bonuses
- Complimentary anniversary meal for two each year
- Loyalty rewards with extra holiday after the third year

You are a team player who contributes positively to the shift and are curious about food with a desire to keep learning and develop your skills to build a career in hospitality.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK and credible, positive references from former employers.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for hospitality and a willingness to grow with the team are essential.
