As a Sales Advisor, you don’t need retail experience to work here, just a commitment to being a true brand ambassador who is passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused. You’ll love sharing our products with customers with a warm and personal touch, ensuring an amazing customer experience through excellent product and brand knowledge.
Your key responsibilities will include warmly welcoming every customer and immersing them in the world of Hotel Chocolat, discovering their needs through friendly conversation, and delighting them with product demonstrations and tasting sessions while checking for allergens. You will confidently close sales and recommend additional products such as gift bags, genuinely thank customers for shopping, and ensure they leave happy. You will also process transactions, refunds, and exchanges at the till, respond to customer feedback, and support your team with deliveries and stock management while maintaining a tidy delivery area in line with health and safety guidelines.
Maintaining the appearance of the store and café areas to a high standard is essential. If your store has a café area, you will prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks according to guidelines, keeping the area immaculately clean and focusing on upselling to customers. You will support the overall success of your store and team.

Experience
No previous retail experience is required. A passion for the brand and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
