You’ll love sharing our products with customers with a warm and personal touch, ensuring an amazing customer experience through excellent product and brand knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Warmly welcoming every customer and immersing them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
- Discovering customers’ needs and reasons for their visit through friendly conversation.
- Delighting customers with product demonstrations and tasting sessions, checking for allergens throughout.
- Closing sales and confidently recommending additional products such as gift bags.
- Genuinely thanking customers to ensure they leave happy.
- Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
- Responding to customer feedback.
- Supporting deliveries and stock management, keeping delivery areas clear and tidy in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining the appearance of store and café areas to a high standard.
- If the store has a café area, preparing hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to guidelines while keeping the area immaculately clean and focusing on upselling.
- Supporting the success of the store and team wherever possible.

Experience
No retail experience required. A passion for the brand and customer service is essential.
