About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Samsonite's Lipault store, you will offer exceptional customer service by projecting a positive image of the Company at all times to maximise sales. You will assist in maintaining a tidy and well-presented store, upholding high standards in all areas.

Your responsibilities will include providing professional advice and demonstrations of Lipault products to ensure a friendly shopping experience, introducing selling benefits and product features, and maximising sales through detailed product knowledge and add-on sales. You will be knowledgeable about store layout, products, and stock availability, handling customer enquiries, complaints, and phone queries tactfully and in line with Company Policy.

You will process transactions efficiently and professionally, maintain awareness of sales promotions, incentives, and product brochures, and keep track of sales figures, targets, and commissions.

Additional duties include processing deliveries, managing stock and stockrooms, assisting with merchandising and internal displays, participating in stock counts, and ensuring security procedures are followed. You will also maintain high housekeeping standards, handle telephone enquiries, communicate customer orders to Head Office, and assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Attendance and punctuality are essential, including reporting for work 10 minutes before your shift and adhering to company attendance policies. You will also be expected to maintain a neat and tidy appearance in line with the Company Dress Policy and be knowledgeable of Health and Safety and fire safety procedures.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as directed by Management.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is required. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets is essential.

About you
You are a team player and motivator with good brand sensibility and a strong command of English. You are flexible and able to stand constantly, bend, and frequently lift luggage up to 15 kilos. You are computer literate and able to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
