About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Samsonite, you will offer Lipault customers exceptional service by projecting a positive image of the Company at all times to maximise sales. You will assist in maintaining a tidy and well-presented store, upholding high standards in all areas.

Your key responsibilities will include providing professional advice and demonstrations of Lipault products to ensure a friendly shopping experience, introducing selling benefits and product features, and maximising sales through detailed product knowledge and add-on sales. You will be knowledgeable about store layout, products, and stock availability, handling customer enquiries, complaints, and phone queries tactfully and efficiently in line with Company Policy.

You will process transactions professionally, maintain awareness of sales promotions, incentives, and product brochures, and be aware of sales figures, targets, and commission on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.

Additional duties include processing deliveries, maintaining stockrooms, assisting with merchandising and internal displays, stock counts, and ensuring security procedures are followed. You will also maintain high housekeeping standards within the store, handle telephone enquiries, communicate customer orders to Head Office, and assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Attendance and punctuality are essential, with expectations to report 10 minutes before shifts and communicate any absences directly to management. You will also be expected to attend training courses as directed and maintain a neat and professional appearance in line with the Company Dress Policy.

Health and safety awareness is important, including reporting accidents or potential dangers and being familiar with fire safety procedures.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required by management.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is required. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets is essential.
