About the Role

As a Salesforce and GTM Systems Architect, you will own the day-to-day management and strategic development of Salesforce as Pion grows. This includes configuration, custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and approval processes. You will design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions ranging from complex flows and screen flows to custom objects, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations, addressing our most significant commercial challenges.

You will configure and adapt Salesforce and the wider go-to-market technology stack to support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams, ensuring systems align with how these teams work. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from technical scoping through to build and release, following best practices in the development lifecycle and managing regular releases from sandbox to production.

Experience
Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrable commercial impact.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent proven expertise.
Expertise in Flow Builder and strong skills across validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
Confident working with core Sales Cloud objects including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, and Cases.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional builds end to end, including integrations you have built and maintained.
Strong data discipline including import/export, deduplication, governance frameworks, and reporting focused on pipeline, conversion, and forecasting.

About you
Commercially minded, proactive, and autonomous.
You prioritise impact over loudest requests and work back from business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams.

Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent experience is required.
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
