About the Role
Be the heart of a vibrant community by supporting older people to live independently and confidently. As Scheme Manager, you will be the friendly face residents know and trust, helping to keep their homes safe, their wellbeing supported, and their voices heard. Your day might include offering practical support to residents, carrying out site inspections to ensure safety and smooth operations, meeting with internal or external partners to connect residents with specialist support, and hosting events that bring the community together and boost wellbeing.

This is a hands-on role requiring you to be on site five days a week with access to a vehicle for travel when needed. You will build strong relationships, solve problems, and empower residents while improving Peabody’s services based on what matters most to the community.

Requirements

Experience
- Supporting vulnerable adults
- Working in housing with a strong understanding of good record keeping
- Identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns

About you
- Warm, proactive, and passionate about making a difference
- Driver with access to a vehicle and appropriate insurance
- Committed to being on site and engaging with the community

Qualifications
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
