About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated School Facilities Manager (Caretaker) to join Lift Kingsley and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This permanent, full-time position involves managing site security, opening and closing the school premises daily on a split shift pattern, including occasional evenings and weekends. You will act as the principal key holder and respond to emergency call-outs as required. The role requires a proactive and organised individual who takes pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness, security, and health and safety across the school premises. Experience
Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety procedures is required. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

You should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, good communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach. Physical fitness is necessary to carry out manual tasks effectively.
