About the Role
Lift Noel Park is seeking a dedicated School Facilities Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our school site every day. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, secure, and well-kept environment so that staff and pupils can focus on excellent teaching and learning. This hands-on role involves carrying out minor repairs, overseeing contractors, and ensuring all health and safety and safeguarding procedures are followed. You will open and close the school daily, act as a principal keyholder for emergency call-outs, and complete statutory checks with accurate logging and recording. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in keeping the school premises presented to a high standard at all times.

Experience
Background in premises management, building cleaning, or building management. Knowledge of security systems, health and safety procedures, and COSHH regulations is essential.

About you
You take pride in your work, use initiative to solve problems, and communicate clearly with different people across the school. You have good DIY skills with the ability to carry out general repairs, including lifting and moving heavy items. You are able to manage your own time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work to deadlines. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications
Level 2 qualifications in maths and English (GCSE grade 4 or equivalent) are required.
