About the Role

We welcome applicants with previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Senior Care Giver, Homecare Worker, Social Care Worker, or Community Support Worker.

Parkview House Care Home, where this role is based, is a purpose-built care home offering elderly residential and dementia care. It provides a warm, professional, and comfortable environment with spacious en suite rooms and communal areas that foster a strong sense of community. The home offers no fixed visiting hours and a wide range of activities to support residents' wellbeing, alongside fine home cooking tailored to residents' tastes. Respite care is also available for those wishing to experience the home before committing fully.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a Care Home environment (essential)
- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant (essential)
- Experience of leading a team

Qualifications
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (essential)
- Willingness to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification if not already obtained (required to commence and complete role)
- Previous Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential to start
