About the Role

At Sam's Riverside, we are a close-knit team led by founders Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker. Sam works alongside the team regularly because we believe in leading from the front. Our people aren't just employees; they're family. We invest in the right people and foster a culture where amazing hospitality is a joy for both guests and staff.

Benefits include:
- Friends & Family Perks – exclusive discounts across all our venues
- Opportunities for progression and development
- Free meals provided when on shift
- Generous referral programme bonuses
- Confidential support through our Employee Assistance Programme
- Discounts on restaurants, retail, gyms and travel
- Two major team celebrations annually
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Trade price wines and spirits for team members
- Private Healthcare access after 3 years of service
- Performance and Competition Awards and Bonus
- Complimentary anniversary meal for two every year
- Extra holiday entitlement after three years of service

Come and work with us. Learn with us. Grow with us.
