Hours
Part time - 21 to 28 hours per week. This post requires 2 days office attendance per week, with up to 5 days during the probationary period to support learning and development.

Salary
The advertised salary of £55,542 is based on full-time (36 hours per week) and will be paid on a pro-rata basis for part-time hours.

About the Role
Enfield Legal Services are recruiting a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a friendly, committed, and highly regarded in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for talented and ambitious professionals to deliver quality legal advice and contribute to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough. The role specialises in general civil litigation including Landlord and Tenant, employment, licensing, commercial litigation, judicial review, injunctions, anti-social behaviour, possessions, and tenancy fraud. The successful candidate will be a real team player, self-motivated, and flexible, able to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision. The role involves cross-working with other teams within the department and requires advocacy experience. Solicitors, Barristers, or Fellows of CILEX are welcome to apply. Experience
Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in civil litigation or relevant areas. Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload independently. Advocacy experience is required. Local authority experience is desirable but not essential.
