About the Role
This role provides a unique opportunity to develop supra-specialist diagnostic and therapeutic expertise in photodermatology. You will gain valuable experience in clinical research, registry development, and quality improvement. The position also involves contributing to teaching for both undergraduate and postgraduate learners. Part of your timetable can be tailored to your personal interests and priorities, including general clinic, skin cancer, lupus, urticaria, or severe eczema. Experience
Experience in dermatology or related clinical fields is essential, with a strong interest or background in photobiology and photodermatology preferred.
About you
You should be motivated to develop specialist expertise in photodermatology and committed to clinical research and teaching. Flexibility to tailor part of your clinical work to your interests is important. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold appropriate medical qualifications and be eligible for clinical fellowship positions within the NHS. Relevant postgraduate qualifications or training in dermatology or photobiology are desirable.
