About the Role
Join Infosys Consulting's Workforce Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant focused on Agile Transformation. You will support agile transformation engagements at both team and portfolio levels, undertaking Agile coaching engagements using Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS). Your role will also include agile delivery responsibilities as an Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner. You will support Lean Portfolio Management engagements and take ownership of client deliverables to ensure timely realization of outcomes. Additionally, you will advise client leaders across various industry sectors, support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice, and contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools development. Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management
- Experience delivering successful projects using recognised agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence teams effectively

Qualifications
Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master.
