We are seeking a Senior Designer on a 10-month fixed term contract starting August 2026, who shares a passion for FMCG/CPG, packaging, and brand design. In this role, you will work closely with the Client Services team and support Design Directors, inspiring and mentoring junior designers to unlock their full potential.

Your creative flair will be key in applying an Ideas First approach to craft eye-catching designs that make brands stand out. You will work on iconic brands, creating holistic concepts and solutions that build on a brand’s charisma and offer unique points of difference across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing holistic brand and packaging concepts
- Connecting strategy to creative work
- Quickly editing concepts to focus on the best ideas
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to achieve better creative solutions
- Acting as a trusted creative partner to clients, building long-term relationships
- Challenging and interpreting feedback to strengthen the brand
- Delivering strong pitches and client presentations
- Communicating confidently at all levels and encouraging cross-department collaboration

Experience
- At least 5 years of packaging design experience
- Proven ability to create holistic packaging and brand concepts and design solutions
- Experience working on iconic FMCG brands
- Skilled in managing multiple creative projects and editing concepts to focus on the best ideas
- Excellent knowledge of relevant software including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

- Relevant design qualifications preferred but not mandatory; a strong portfolio and proven experience are essential
