About the Role
As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide professional employee relations advice, support, and coaching to staff and managers on a wide range of ER issues, policies, and procedures. You will ensure best practice is applied and equal opportunities principles are adhered to, delivering balanced and pragmatic advice that considers clinical and operational factors including patient safety and cost. Your responsibilities will include providing regular reports on ER activity, maintaining the employee relations database with weekly updates, and advising on complex queries escalated from the service desk and HR Business Partner teams. These queries may involve fixed term contracts, probationary periods, flexible working appeals, and other Trust terms, conditions, and benefits. You will work collaboratively with Human Resources Business Partners to support workforce-related incidents in their areas. Additionally, you will analyse and interpret people-related metrics to identify trends and contribute to the development and improvement of ER policies, management development activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience providing employee relations advice and support within a complex organisational environment. Experience handling complex ER cases and working collaboratively with HR teams and management.

Qualifications
