The Senior Executive Manager - Strategic Core Hub will lead the implementation, management and ongoing evolution of the Strategic Core Resource Hub. This role ensures the hub provides an effective, scalable and commercially focused support model for the Firm's Strategic Core clients. You will oversee governance and quality assurance of CDC-delivered support while continuously improving the partner experience.

Working closely with the Senior Operations Lead, you will ensure consistent and effective delivery of the Strategic Core model, remaining responsive to partner and business needs. Key responsibilities include leading the hub’s development, managing triage and prioritisation of support requests, quality assurance of outputs, overseeing relationship collateral and panel activation support, and driving commercial insight to enable client growth.

You will also monitor service performance, provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, maintain current tools and documentation, and lead innovation initiatives such as AI-enabled service catalogue enhancements.

This is a hybrid working role aligned with the Firm’s balanced hybrid working policy.

Experience
- Extensive client relationship or business development role aligned with client growth
- Ideally experience setting up or managing an operational hub or offshore resource team
- Experience building AI agents or designing AI-enabled processes and resources
