You will work closely with the Knowledge Director, fee-earners, Partners, Associates and senior stakeholders to coordinate and deliver high-quality training. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build on strong foundations and re-imagine education and training delivery, especially with developments in AI and legal technology. You will also coordinate facilitators, manage external speakers, support Knowledge Lawyers with queries, and contribute to projects aligned with the Groups’ and Firm’s overall strategy. This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to learning and development, leveraging technology and AI-enabled learning tools to enhance training effectiveness. Clifford Chance offers a collaborative and inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued and where you will have varied opportunities to continuously grow and develop your skills and knowledge through formal training, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job learning.
