About the Role
Join Mace Consult Limited’s Infrastructure Business Unit on an ongoing framework at Heathrow Airport. As Senior Health and Safety Manager, you will act as the H&S advisor within your area, ensuring the team stays updated with new developments and applies professional standards to maintain best practice. You will maintain and share your expertise to support the development, training, and mentoring of others. Your role includes applying tools and techniques to define local strategies and implement changes that improve project health and safety performance. You will provide expert advice to Mace managers and project managers to help achieve project objectives while maintaining awareness of project implications to enhance the quality of technical and project recommendations. Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships will be key to maximizing the impact of your expertise and influencing decision making. You will also advise on and interpret contractual and statutory health and safety requirements to protect project integrity and assist in achieving project targets through collaboration with customers, partners, and suppliers.
Experience
Appropriate diploma plus professional qualification OR significant qualitative experience in health and safety management.
