At Engine by Starling, we are on a mission to partner with leading banks worldwide to build rapid growth businesses on our technology platform. Engine is Starling's software-as-a-service (SaaS) business, originally developed to power Starling itself and now offered globally to banks and financial institutions. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will work on the Engine Platform to enhance existing features for banks around the world and build new features from scratch that have not yet been released in the UK market. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and ownership are highly valued. Experience
- Proven experience developing iOS applications using Swift
- Strong knowledge of UIKit and its components
- Familiarity with MVVM-C architecture to maximize code reusability and testing
- Experience producing robust, well-tested code that ensures reliability for millions of users
- Experience or interest in reactive programming (RxSwift) is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in a modular codebase with a focus on simplicity and maintainability
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as SnapKit, Realm, Sourcery, SwiftGen, SwiftFormat, SwiftLint, and Danger is advantageous
