About the Role
We're on an exciting journey and there couldn't be a better time to join us. Not only will you bring significant compliance advisory experience, but we're looking for someone innovative and transformational who loves proactively working with business colleagues to improve first line compliance processes and controls.

- Shape the mandate for this new area of focus for the team.
- Conduct traceability exercises across all relevant regulations and best practice publications linked to Post Trade Compliance, Client Classification, and Onboarding.
- Define control objectives and management metrics aligned to risk appetite and oversee the control and indicator mapping exercise performed by 1LOD, providing challenge and advice where appropriate.
- Create monitoring and testing methodology within this remit as they relate to the Trade Controls prescribed Framework.
- Create a Compliance Handbook consolidating key regulatory requirements to guide stakeholders in operating within C&C defined boundaries.
- Provide training to key stakeholders on regulatory requirements, risk appetite, and consequences of non-compliance.

- Provide technical SME support on Compliance Reviews led by the Compliance Risk Review team.
- Support the compliance implementation of new regulations applicable across the business.
- Provide ad hoc project support on Compliance Projects and Business Transformation.
