About the Role
At Burberry, we believe creativity opens spaces. Our purpose is to unlock the power of imagination to push boundaries and open new possibilities for our people, our customers and our communities. This core belief has guided Burberry since 1856 and shapes how we operate today. We foster an environment where creative minds from diverse backgrounds thrive, bringing a wide range of skills and experiences to everything we do. The Senior Manager, Product - Fulfilment owns a defined product domain and is accountable for its vision, roadmap, priorities and outcomes. The role leads product discovery and experimentation, leveraging customer research, behavioural analytics and business insights to validate opportunities and optimise outcomes.

The Senior Manager owns product KPIs and OKRs, remains actively involved in delivery to provide timely decisions and resolve trade-offs, and is accountable for business acceptance of solutions. They lead and develop the Product Analyst, collaborate closely with UX teams, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and champion a transparent, collaborative, evidence-led product culture across the organisation.
