We have a close-knit team of experts with strong attention to detail and a willingness to think differently. We’re now looking for a Senior NPD Manager to bolster our Innovation team and support the efficient, effective, and on-time delivery of a pipeline of exciting innovations to market.

The Senior NPD Manager will be an integral part of the SURI Innovation team, partnering closely with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure the right processes, structure, vendors and resources are in place to deliver global launches on time, at the right cost, quality, and aligned with our sustainability commitments. This role leads the development and delivery of innovation across wet products, consumables and selected commercial initiatives within the existing hardware portfolio. You will translate innovation opportunities into compelling product concepts and launch plans, lead projects from concept through to launch, and work closely with formulators, manufacturers, packaging suppliers and technical partners to develop best-in-class products and consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities include leading consumer testing programmes, building robust business cases, managing commercial innovation initiatives such as limited editions and collaborations, developing partnership opportunities, and monitoring global category and consumer trends. You will also act as the day-to-day leader for wet innovation projects, coaching and managing the NPD Executive while fostering a high-performance innovation culture. Additionally, you will support innovation governance and portfolio management, ensuring resources focus on highest-impact opportunities, preparing for Commercial Sign-Off meetings, tracking investment and project performance, and continuously improving innovation processes.

Externally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, formulators, packaging suppliers, ingredient houses, testing partners and regulatory experts. You will identify and evaluate new technologies and supplier capabilities, support supplier selection and onboarding, represent SURI at industry events, and collaborate with strategic partners to unlock exclusive innovation opportunities and future category expansion.

Experience
6+ years experience in NPD, Innovation, Product Development or R&D within FMCG, beauty, personal care, wellness or oral care.
Proven track record of successfully launching consumer products from concept through commercialisation.
Familiarity with best-in-class project management tools and processes (stage gate).
Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics.
Experience working directly with formulations, packaging development, manufacturers and external development partners.
Strong track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a scale-up business.
