Key services include strategic and operational reviews, CAFM/IWMS procurement and implementation, FM cost benchmarking, FM strategy design, asset management strategies, asset verification and surveys, FM audits and health checks, technical FM advisory support, Government Soft Landings, statutory compliance, operational readiness, and maintenance optimisation.
This role requires strong client engagement, analytical insight, and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical FM solutions that enhance performance through governance, data-driven decision making, and integration of people, process, and technology.
