About the Role
Joining Nectar360 means being part of a leading loyalty, insights, and media services agency that powers the UK's largest loyalty programme, Nectar. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will work with some of the UK's biggest brands, building impactful relationships with their customers through strategic loyalty solutions. You will focus on long-term client relationships and use consumer insights to drive growth and deliver successful marketing campaigns that generate incremental revenue.

In this role, you will build exceptional client relationships and provide long-term strategic loyalty solutions. You will interpret and apply consumer insights to deliver and sell both long-term and tactical marketing campaigns that increase partner activity. You will develop loyalty propositions aligned with business strategies and leverage emerging capabilities and technologies.

Your financial responsibilities include managing specific budget lines, owning the production and tracking of multi-million-pound budgets, and identifying incremental revenue opportunities. You will be the main point of contact for partners, lead meetings with senior stakeholders, mentor and manage team members, and influence internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.

Through strategic planning and account management, you will drive growth, contribute to contract renegotiations, and become a trusted thought-leader in your partners' industries. Your role is instrumental in delivering excellent business outcomes, optimising resources, and unlocking synergies for continuous improvement.

The Nectar360 team operates like an agency within a retailer, developing loyalty programmes that turn insight into impactful results across traditional and digital media. The team is central to the business, driving profitability and encouraging risk-taking, learning, and recognition.

Requirements

Experience
- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing long-term client relationships within marketing, loyalty, or customer relationship management.
- Proven experience leading CRM or data-driven marketing activities.
- Experience developing loyalty propositions.
- Ability to interpret and apply consumer insights to deliver strategic and tactical marketing campaigns that drive incremental activity.
- Financial accountability for managing multi-million-pound budgets, including production, tracking, and identifying incremental revenue opportunities.
- Experience leading meetings with senior stakeholders and mentoring or managing team members.
- Ability to independently make commercial decisions and successfully execute joint business plans.

You are a highly experienced professional passionate about customer loyalty with a proven track record in developing long-term client relationships. You combine exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to apply consumer insights to provide strategic loyalty solutions. You demonstrate accountability for delivering on plans for long-term partners and driving growth from new relationships while supporting your team's development.

You possess strong commercial acumen, financial accountability, and the ability to make independent business decisions. Your excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills enable you to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively, driving the success of partner accounts and delivering outstanding business outcomes.
