About the Role
As a Senior Peer Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges by drawing on your own lived experience. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centred care and support recovery. This role involves mentoring and supporting other peer workers, contributing to service development, and promoting hope and empowerment among service users.
