About the Role
monopo london is a Tokyo-born independent creative agency that established its London office in March 2019. We are seeking a full-time Senior Producer to join our London team of twelve, starting October/November 2026. While most projects are based in London, collaboration with our Paris, New York, and Tokyo offices is frequent.

As Senior Producer, you will manage client communications and project delivery, leading junior and mid-weight team members to transform ambitious ideas into reality. Our projects span campaigns, branding, brand activations, and photo/video shoots, with particular emphasis on campaign and photo/video shoot production for this role.

You will excel in clear, collaborative communication with clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Your responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from start to finish in collaboration with the team
- Maintaining day-to-day client communications
- Coordinating internal teams to enable efficient project progress and creative excellence
- Building and maintaining relationships with external collaborators such as freelancers and production agencies
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, including creating timelines and budget estimates
- Leading and supporting junior and mid-weight producers, delegating workstreams while maintaining overall oversight
- Translating creative ideas into achievable production plans, working closely with the creative team to identify the right approach, people, and resources

Experience
- Minimum 5 years as a Producer or Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns with multiple creative outputs and workstreams
- Strong understanding of the creative process from start to finish
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and prioritising conflicting tasks
- Confident in creating project schedules, planning and booking resources, and tracking assets
