About the Role
monopo london is a Tokyo-born independent creative agency with a growing London office established in March 2019. We are seeking a full-time Studio Manager to join our team of twelve in London, starting October/November 2026. You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring the office is organised, well maintained, and a welcoming environment for the team.
Your responsibilities will include managing office and kitchen supplies, overseeing maintenance and servicing such as AC, cleaning, and repairs, liaising with landlords, suppliers, contractors, and service providers, and coordinating post and package shipments. You will organise weekly team lunches, drinks, celebrations, and other activities, as well as support events, presentations, visitors, and onboarding new team members.
Additionally, you will assist with travel planning and bookings for various projects and provide occasional administrative and operational support to directors and the team. This role requires a practical, organised, and proactive individual who enjoys making things happen and takes pride in creating a well-run and inspiring studio environment.

Experience
Experience in studio management, office management, operations, agency coordination, or a similar role is required.
