About the Role
The House of Commons is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to lead the delivery of high-profile projects across the UK Parliamentary estate. You will manage a team of project leads delivering mechanical-led projects valued between £50,000 and £2 million, taking schemes from early definition and business case through design, procurement, construction, and handover.
This role offers variety as no two projects are the same. You will work on nationally significant, often listed buildings where technical excellence, safety, and innovation are paramount. With strong training and development support, this role provides an excellent opportunity to build your career while helping maintain and modernise one of the UK’s most unique estates.
