Salary
Up to £150,625 (consolidated), plus market sector allowance and recruitment and retention payment (both non-consolidated). Higher remuneration may be considered based on skills, experience, and relevant market comparators.

About the Role
Lead the commercial strategy for one of the UK's most iconic institutions, the UK Parliament. As Commercial Director, you will own the Indirect Categories including ICT, security, facilities, professional services, and more. You will set and deliver strategic plans, manage risk, and collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance and unlock commercial opportunities. This role combines strategic vision with practical delivery, supporting major projects across the Parliamentary Estate, including the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Palace of Westminster. No two days are the same in this dynamic and high-profile environment.

Experience
- Extensive experience managing high-value Indirect categories such as ICT, security, and facilities management
- Proven track record of leading commercial teams in the public sector with a data-led, strategic approach
- Expertise in complex procurements ensuring compliance with UK public sector regulations and delivering value for money

Qualifications
- MCIPS Level 6 Membership (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) is essential
