About the Role
We are a global gifting agency creating unique, story-led experiences for some of the world's most coveted brands, including Netflix, OpenAI, and Spotify. This role is not a traditional corporate or technology Project Manager position. Instead, it focuses on bringing physical products to life — including branded merchandise, bespoke gifting, packaging, and promotional products.
You will manage ambitious client ideas from brief through sampling and production to final delivery, overseeing suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, and problem-solving throughout the process. As the operational heartbeat of our Project Management function, you will handle a high-volume pipeline of complex, high-stakes projects simultaneously. This includes orchestrating global supply chains, including Far East manufacturing and outsourced service partners, to ensure flawless delivery of every gifting experience.
You will act as the primary internal engine, translating client needs into tactical execution while keeping the Head of Project Management and internal stakeholders fully informed of project health, risks, and critical delivery milestones. While Commercial Account Managers own the growth and commercial relationship, you will own the entire delivery relationship for your assigned projects, ensuring the rhythm and execution of the client experience meets our highest standards.

Requirements

Experience
- Direct experience managing Far East manufacturing relationships for custom and bespoke production, including new tooling, sampling rounds, and one-off specification changes.
- Proven ability to manage the full custom production lifecycle: brief, concept, sampling, approval, mass production, and shipping.
- Comfortable owning supplier relationships directly, negotiating timelines, pushing back on delays, and resolving quality issues.
- Experience managing a high-volume, multi-project pipeline is advantageous.
- Familiarity with gifting, merchandise, or comparable creative/manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and ERP systems (e.g., Unleashed) is desirable.
- Some exposure to costing and margin management through the production process is beneficial.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.

About You
- A global operator who understands the realities of global freight, customs, and import/export timelines.
- A production owner who can troubleshoot issues throughout the production lifecycle.
- A reliable plate spinner who shields the internal team from reactive noise while providing clear, early-warning updates.
- A standard setter who leads by example, manages and develops a team, sets clear expectations, and fosters ownership.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two projects are the same.

Qualifications
- Proven team leadership experience, including running 1-1s, setting SMART goals, and providing mentorship.
- Strong communication skills to manage client expectations with transparency and reassurance.
- Ability to maintain order and clarity across a growing project load, even during peak seasonal periods.
