About the Role
Enfield Legal Services is recruiting a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer to join a friendly, committed, and highly regarded in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to deliver quality legal advice and contribute to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough. The role specialises in Regulatory Prosecutions, including prosecutions under the Housing Act 2004 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990. You will be a self-motivated team player, flexible and able to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision. The role involves working collaboratively across teams within the department and providing high-quality legal support to clients. The post is open to Solicitors, Barristers, or Fellows of CILEX.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Regulatory Prosecutions or relevant legal areas. Experience managing a heavy caseload with minimal supervision is essential. Advocacy experience is required for litigator roles. Local authority experience is desirable but not essential if you have strong relevant experience.

You possess strong drafting and negotiating skills and a thorough understanding of the relevant areas of law. You are committed to working collaboratively and delivering high-quality legal services aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of CILEX.
