Senior Service Desk Analyst PO1 £39,951- £42,840 Full time - 36 hours We have an exciting opportunity arise within the Digital Services, Service Desk Team for a Senior Service Desk Analyst. This great opportunity is working within the Service Desk Team having responsibility for delivering day to day operational service delivery of specific Council infrastructure or applications with or without the guidance and/or supervision of a more senior member of staff. Enfield has a fast-moving Digital Service, which is delivering digital transformation for the council using a wide range of technologies including cloud and artificial intelligence. The demands of this role involve managing a number of competing activities, with clear deadlines, on a regular basis, with a range of complexities, predominantly operational, including decisions that could impact the delivery of the service to one or more services within the Council. You will have 11 direct reports that require to be manage and motivate to deliver high performances. Monitor and evaluate your team’s performance and recommend areas for improvement based on evidence. This service may be provided 24 x 7 x 365. As such, there may be times when the post holder is required to be available out of hours, including weekends.
