About the Role
As a Senior Sourcing Manager at Clifford Chance, you will lead strategic procurement sourcing projects end to end across key categories including Technology, Real Estate, and Consultancy. This global role involves engaging with stakeholders across multiple offices and working closely with procurement teams, risk teams, business stakeholders, fee earners, and executives up to Executive Director level. You will be responsible for managing key relationships and global areas of spend, acting as a procurement subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams, negotiating commercial and contract terms with suppliers, and supporting initiatives to ensure compliance with the firm's global procurement policies. You will also contribute to driving the procurement value proposition and managing complex RFPs, contract mark-ups, supplier negotiations, and stakeholder management. Your influencing skills will be essential to articulate complex projects and gain agreement at senior levels.

Experience
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, processes, and tools applied to comparable organizations
- Expertise in key procurement categories including Technology and Real Estate
- Proven track record delivering large cost savings and efficiency through global sourcing strategies
- Experience leading large, complex global Technology and Real Estate procurement projects
- Skilled in negotiating and marking up supplier contracts
- Ability to manage and influence difficult stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience presenting to senior leadership teams and project committees

Qualifications
Relevant procurement qualifications or equivalent experience in strategic sourcing and procurement management are desirable.
